Presented from September 10 to 13, 2025, at 20 Rue des Gravilliers, the exhibition occupies a space where the figurative dissolves into the poetic. The opening reception on September 10 at 6PM marks the beginning of a brief, intimate encounter with Spangsberg’s evolving visual language.
Christiane Spangsberg born in 1989, Vejle, Denmark now works and lives in Copenhagen.

About
Early artistic explorations began in childhood with aquarelle classes; she paused art due to perfectionism, later reigniting her passion in 2010 after discovering Picasso’s line drawings
Aesthetics rooted in Beardsley’s “The Theory of Aesthetic Value” (unity, complexity, intensity), guiding her disciplined material choices and compositions
Her signature hue: indanthrone blue (anthraquinone), used since ~ 2015, became a defining visual motif.
